Otto Toth

Otto is a Registered Psychologist with over six years of experience supporting individuals within the NDIS and more than 13 years of experience in client-facing roles across the mental health and finance sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong interest in supporting people to better understand their experiences, build practical coping strategies, and work towards meaningful and sustainable improvements in their wellbeing and everyday lives.

Otto is passionate about helping people feel empowered throughout their recovery journey. His approach places a strong emphasis on developing genuine and collaborative therapeutic relationships, creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, safe, respected, and understood. He values working alongside each person to understand their individual experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals, and aims to provide support that is practical and responsive to their circumstances.

Otto has a particular interest in trauma and stress-related disorders, men’s mental health, anxiety, and depression. He enjoys supporting individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges and helping them develop greater insight, confidence, resilience, and strategies for managing difficulties in their everyday lives.

Otto holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and provides psychological services across a range of settings to make support as accessible and flexible as possible. He provides services via Digital Direct, as well as in schools, community settings, and clients’ homes throughout metropolitan Melbourne.

Outside of his professional work, Otto enjoys spending time in nature and maintaining an active lifestyle. He particularly enjoys running, swimming, and judo, which reflect his appreciation for physical wellbeing, discipline, and staying connected with the outdoors.
